Poor fella...

Someone is feeding him 20k calories a day. Thats the enabler it gives that person a purpose in life. All it would take is someone to cut his calorie intake to 2k and he'd start losing mad weight. If he didn't like that tell him to get off his fat ass which he can't. I guarantee all he does is yell all day saying I'm hungry. Its depression not hunger.

With WLS they dont like do do it if your too fat because there are so many layers that you have a higher risk then normal of getting an infection or having complications. Doc's will usualy make someone that big loose a big chuck of weight and then perform the surgury.
