I'm having the same kind of day, Google has just dropped a few of my key sites (I hope at least it's only temporary).

I'd suggest turning off the tv, or anything else noisy, sit back with some headphones and listen to some uplifting music or tunes that bring back good memories. You'll soon forget everything else.
