Why would anyone share their info is beyond belief. Maybe Steve want competition from the large pps programs with deep pockets who haven't got into the single girl site market yet.

You would think Steve is going to expose every single aspect of his recipe to anyone and everyone. I personally feel he and the panel will not give everything away during the talks. I actually expect there will be a lot of illusions dispelled that could actually have the reverse effect and make many think twice about opening up a solo site.
Worst case is more people open up properly ran solo sites with staying power that give the members as well as the affiliates what they want. This would almost be a godsend to this business. Yes it would mean more competition in one way, in another it would be more business for program owners who can upsell, cross sell, and other wise mutually sell each other. For the affiliates this would also mean more stable programs, and more variety in the market.
As for Steve giving this information away, I did not interpret it that way, he said it was available via ccbill and DRM i.e. V.O.D. Then if you really think the sponsors with deep pockets will use this to get into the solo site market, why would they not just attend in person? Afterall they do have deep pockets. I also respect that Steve is willing to "give back" to this industry and as he put it at one time people helped him afterall.

i hate to say it but your probably right, went to the traffic seminar at webmaster access last year and it boiled down too. Its all done , you will never succeed but if have a good idea talk to us lol.

So you are saying that you think seminars at the conventions should be useless sales pitches, without any real value? I'm not afraid of competition, competition is GOOD for the industry.

I have helped a few People (sites) get started, and what you get back in the end is worth it!

Isn't a seminar supposed to help educate people on how to do it right? I agree, a few people may run out and set up a piece of crap but like most others, they'll disappear in due time. But those who pick up some info - and use it - will make decent sites.

In the end, competition is healthy, is it not?

And as for helping the competition, I think it's fair to say that some of the best site owners could draw a roadmap, build the site, hire the ladies, shoot the content and hand it over ... only to see the new owner flop it. Some people have it, some don't.

I don't beleive the most worthy secrets will be opened to the mass, but of course some useful tips can be found out at LS seminar, they are one of the most expirienced program in solo girl niche :pimp
