I have 1 of my domains hosted with them and my email has been bouncing since yesterday, I put in a support ticket and have emailed them and have got no answer.
Does anybody else host with them...are you having any problems and do they ever answer there support emails?
This really sucks

If the emails bounce expect that the support emails aren't reaching them as well. Drop them a call or yank their chains in IMs.

try dropping a line through the live support email feature ( as all the live techs are offline )

I used to host with them and they were pretty solid. Their live support was always quick and topnotch.

I've sinced moved on (servermatrix.com), but weird to hear you haven't heard from them.

it seems that more and more horror stories about hosts are always about the small time hosts that pop up out of nowhere and are short lived. It makes sense to stick with the establiched hosts that have a solid background and some history behind them. This is just my

on the subject.
