Why are some countries banned to sign up for a aff program??

One of my bizz partner is from turkey and we both work together, and he is not allowed to sign up to any aff program. Why is this?

what aff program allows people to have an account, even if they were from turkey.

Spa Cash allows Turkey.

Anyway, there are probably more cheaters living in certain countries, that's why the banning lists.

But I think nowadays new sponsors simply often copy such lists from others...

Some programs have had way too many cheaters and scammers from certain countries and have become so sick of dealing with them that they have simply banned those countries all together.

Now, no sense arguing with me on this, I'm just telling you what the main reason is.

However, I can't say as I disagree with that reason. If you only knew how many cheaters there were/are in certain countries you'd likely to shit yourself.

Exactly. It's unfortunate that some are penalized for being from where they are. However, if you ran a payment processor or an affiliate program which depends on payment processing, and a high rate of fraud comes from a certain region, you'd have no choice but to ban it.

They may have also banned the country because a lot of the sign-ups from that country were fraud so it would not matter if he was a good guy or not. If you want him signed up and he is a friend have him use your address as the payment address.

Yes many programs will let you in if you ask. We ban a lot of countries, but if we get a feel for the person we may still allow them to work with us.
