It's called makeup, air brushing and all sorts of tricks. News, 99.9% of the "hot celebs" you see in pictures for photo shoots or what not are not that hot when featured in "plain" or natural view. Celebrity wealth buys a great deal of photo op good looks. For every "hot" celeb there are thousands upon thousands of chicks that look better without fancy lights and full time make up artists.
This is why I don't date women that wear make up aside from the occasional llipstick. My rule is that if a woman I'm dating needs more than 30 minutes to wake up, shower and spend time making herself "presentable" then she is history.

Most likely, too much coke... she also could have had a nose injury and suffered complications when a blood clot (or 2 blood clots) formed on each side of her septum. This cuts off blood to the cartilage in the nose and eventually it concaves in and the result looks something like that. Eventually turning into a "saddle nose" type shape when the cartilage starts to dissapear after it dies.Comment
