I would like to use their dog as a drug mule.

Stuff drugs up a dog's ass and customs agents wouldn't think anything about their dog getting excited when sniffing the guide dog's ass.

We could tell the blind person they had won a free trip to Colombia and you would get a finders fee. Any interest?

Why limit it to blind people. Toss in some canine companion users, afterall it is much harder to perform a strip search on a quad.
P.S. The dog could shit it out, keep that in mind.

I played hide-and-go-seek with a narcoleptic kid once. He fell asleep behind the drapes. That's neither here nor there. I guess you could stuff drugs up a narcoleptic's ass and when he falles asleep and is being carried by his buddies, they might not search him. However, getting a narcoleptic to sleep on command might be hard.
