Yeah, that too, immune, i cannot go to bed, for a sleep i mean (wink wink) without a good cup of espresso...and forget turkish coffe, that was one of my biggest dissapointments in Istambul..TURKS DRINK TEA...ewwww, and the coffe STINKS, i spent half a day to find a good hotel that had a decent italian espresso :helpme

i try to stay away from putting crappy foods & drinks in my body, but some mornings, ya just need some coffee, ya know?!

I have coffee at work 5-7 times daily. It keeps me wired up and awake. I don't know if it's good for me in the long run.
