I have to admit i invited him to my house my first week in the business. He came up with him wife and kids, and i pure felt sorry for her. so did my wife. he was a real shitter and im glad I saw past his shit and sent him packing ahahaha.

most of what I know is from what I've read, so the proverbial grain of salt applies...

there was legal fallout between him and Randy from AdultMegaCash...it had to do with stealing of code...regarding their content delivery system...

Dave lost or failed to show up in court and the judgement was that he was not allowed to do business on the net...

he was also a major pain in the ass when I was with NetPond, disrupting boards, etc. so I admit to having some very personal issues wirh Dave, so that clouds my opinions a bit...

Just thought I'd throw in my two cents...

I've been around the adult scene for some time, and have met some major assholes. "ACS", Dave, whatever his name may be this week, takes the cake for being the biggest asshole I have ever met.

About nine months ago this guy began randomly harassing me after I publicly posted on a message board how much of an idiot he was. He began threatening me both on message boards and off of them via ICQ.

I?m usually a fairly nice guy, and I hate to fight. Fighting online is especially ignorant as nothing is ever resolved. This guy got me so pissed that I seriously tried to find his home address so I could drive to it, find him, and make him hurt. For anyone to get me so enraged takes a lot, but this clown really got to me. He ended up giving me his address and told me to come visit him. Good thing I didn?t go, because I found out a week later that as I suspected it was a fake address.

On ICQ he would message me with threats of how tough he was, and how much jail time he had done? like that made him cool. He?d make outrageous claims that he couldn?t back up, and tried to intimidate me every chance he could get. He?d go on and on about the adult movie companies he worked with, and about the numerous homes he owned. I finally smartened up and added him to my ignore list, and that ended all communication with him for a few months.

When I got a new PC and reinstalled all of my programs, ICQ no longer had ACS on my ignore list. Hence, he could communicate with me once again. Months had gone by and I had totally forgotten about him when I received a bizarre message from him in which he was actually super friendly, and acted like nothing had ever happened! He politely asked me if I was interested in purchasing some content from him, and when I declined I figured he would flip out once again. To my surprise, I was wrong. Upon declining he very politely said thanks anyway and I never heard from him again.

This guy has some SEVERE mental problems, and I really can?t figure him out. For months he harasses me, and then out of the blue he?s the nicest guy in the world to me as if nothing had ever happened.

He needs to seek some very professional counseling, and if I do ever meet this guy in the real world, it won?t be a pretty scene. SykkBoy2 best expressed my feelings towards Dave when he said:

He also claimed to a friend of mine (Dave/Hippidy/ACS didn't know that he was a good friend of mine) that his beautiful wife helped him with his sites...yet in an email to me that day, he told me his wife had died a few months ago and that a certain jab I took at him hurt....I'm an asshole, but hate to get personal with the insults so apologized and felt like an ass until I heard that his wife was alive and well....he also claimed his daughter died from huffing or something, but it's hard to say "sorry to hear that" when he's lied about such shit before...then he committed the ultimate fuckup by forgetting who he told which lies to....I always loved when he'd start an argument on the board then post something like "I have to go now...I'm going to bed" or "I have to drive somewhere"....

That's some funny stuff, SykkBoy2! He lied to everyone and it was funny to see him get caught and try to worm his way out of it.

On one message board he posted that he had two kids. On another he posted her had three. When somebody from one board happened to see the two conflicting posts they called him out on it only to have him come up with a really, really, really lame excuse.

"I used to have three kids," he said, "but one of them recently died from sniffing some fumes"

Something like that. I can't remember exactly what he claimed they died from, but I know either way he was full of crap.

In yet another post he bailed out during an intense argument because he "had to go catch a flight" to New York to do some major business. About an hour later he was posting on another message board, and when he was called out on that he claimed he was using his laptop on the airplane to get important business done and checking the message boards while in flight.

Seems a bit... odd.

It didn't take me too long to realize that "Dave" wasn't some 40-year-old guy who had spent years in prison, (working out and getting huge, he told me once) nor was he a man who owned several homes while working with his own adult movie studio. He had no wife, no kids, nothing.

In fact, he was probably some teenage kid living with his mom and using his computer alone in his basement or something.

Either way, glad he has vanished. I'm only hoping he died.

when he came to my house he had 2 kids with him who tried to destroy my house, and a nice looking wife, who looked like she had been through hell and back and aged fast. i felt really bad for her.

he is probably 28 years old. lived at the coast of N.C. about 1 year ago. he may still be there, but i doubt it, people like that cant sit still, because they keep getting ran off. lol
