You cant sell an opt-in list lol. That defeats the purpose of opting in if every spammer in the world can spam you after you opti-in. Only the person they opted in to can spam them.

stay away from mail period. even people who opt-in usually forget or regret and complain anyways. Then you have to go pulling time stamps and IP logs. Hosts are afraid and will usually pull the plug on you no questions asked.

Just put up opt-in newsletter forms on all your sites. You'll soon have a lot.

Fines are bad. I meant legally. Follow USA laws or setup a server somewhere else and folow theirs. whatever is easier lol. Got any advice ?
