i have seen pr rank come and go on many sites today
sometimes a gray bar then back to normal again i have seen that on both adult and regular sites

Too ealry to tell yet as minor movements are common these days if you monitor enough data centers and sites. It's only visible PR anyway which means little but is handy for trades.
It's due soonish so possible it's updating although the end of the month would probably be closer to an 'expected' update. Time will tell...
