Wtf?

I just reformatted this computer and Im resizing images in Adobe photoshop 7 (my fav version). Anyway when I resize it doesnt look the normal size it looks much smaller :/ anybody know what the problem is?

your screen res isnt 72 :/
thats web based image dpi your talkin about

the question from jawanda was - what is your screen res at, for eg, if you used to run 800x600 things look big, but after a format you could have changed your windows res to 1280x1024 and everything will look smaller...

other thing is - make sure after the resize or whenever that the zoom ratio is at 100% not 66% or something...

double click on the zoom tool and it will 100% it for you.

also, you would probably get some more help if you word your subject, instead of just putting wtf, maybe use 'photoshop issue, help please' or something...

What's your screen resolution now?

Sounds like your using a higher screen res than you are used to.

When I went from 1024x768 to 1152x857 things seemed miniscule in photoshop to me at first. You'll get used to it aftera couple days.
