What do you guys think about this notebook, SLR and camcorder bag?

It's a backpack that holds everything for travel. Do you think it's a bad idea to condense everything valuable to one bag or split them up in travel... The risk is about the same IMO and I'm thinking this is the way to go.

I like it, will it fit a 17" in there, been looking for a bag that fits this thing comfortably, with no luck.....
