I'd rather pay a little more and host with someone who acts professional, especially for something as crucial as my host.

I say that I have smart administrators, Are you see at the planet fullmanaged dedicate server....? servermarix is also reseller like me but bigger, but againg without administration ............
theplanet admins cost 75$/ hour ....try them :)

and all my servers with full administration...
