I,ve just added a new feature to our support system,basically the person getting the email will be able to talk direct (via chat box) to us......whilst still in thier email box...giving us the chance to close a sale after answering thier questions and overcoming thier doubts..could also upsell if required.

Maybe it would help for example penis pill sellers sell more product if we put a 24/7 advice chat ...etc on thier mail for them... what do you think?????/.

You forgot about the legit mailers.

I think it's a great idea. People would love to talk to the real person if they are interested, and it will surely conver to more sale.

How much would something like that cost? 24/7 ?

Regarding the abuse ,l.,m set up to handle that part.... thats why l have 2 different set ups ,one for mainstream,www.livecallsuppport.com and www.livexxxsupport.com for adult.

I didnt really have anything in mind in particular just more curious about the interface and ease of use.

The reason why i posted that email is because its an email account that requires no login , so you could show gfy members how the service works without having to email each one of them. Obviously the live part needs to hook into the product your selling, but perhaps you could mock up a product like penis pills or something for the demo email..

Hi bdjuf...yep we have the capacity to handle about 20k of complaints an hr ..after that we have a back up plan ...switch everything off and take a headace pill ......joking..yes your correct but it shouldnt be a problem

well its a good idea,you should have tried it ....all you have to do is set up a call centre ,get and train staff to cover 24 hrs /7 day a week shifts,build some good software,etc and bingo your in business or a simple way would be to work in partnership with us

yep l agree bdjuf..an awesome back up plan and l didnt need help to think it up .....my only concern was that if l didnt think of a back up plan then our operators heads may have exploded ...and well you can imagine the $$ claims that would have produced

we can handle all the complaints on behalf of any adult company ...it doesnt matter if its 1 or 1000 complaints with well trained UK/USA/CANADIAN staff ..no need to use chinese .

I think this would be a great feature for mailing lists and whatnot, but for regular mailers, even CAN SPAM compliant mailers.. You'd have to think there would just be too much abuse for it to be worthwhile.

we already have lots of abuse ,the xxx side was set up recently as a seperate division from our mainstream call support ,because of this.We have no problem handling death threats..family threats..business threats ..so let us do your worrying .....so you guys can live the good life

In fact we have even had some abuse from webmasters here(or surfers in disguise)..we can see the refering url ....so abuse in this biz is nothing new ....we know its just all part of life and can handle it ...... ...
