Has anyone sued Ibill?

I am looking for an Attorney in FL that is familiar with the Ibill fiasco. I have over $10,000 in bounced checks that they now refuse to pay, according to FL law they are liable for 3x the amount, and they also owe approximately $45,000 from rebills. Time to take some action, anyone know any Attorneys familiar with Ibill?

It makes no sense that some people are letting them get off scott free and they owe them tens of thousands of dollars. Something's fishy or there's a loophole that says they're not liable or something.

We tired to get them set up on our sites years ago, but always had porblmes. we wanted to use them as a back up to ccbill. But to no avail.

So we gave up on them. They had shitty cs at the time, and they still do. Now I am very glad that we never used them.

Well not only can you sue them for the 3x the check amount, but you can have criminal charges immediately pressed for the writting of the bad checks.
