i wanted to say thanks to $submissions and baddog for giving me very precious advises for starting off with my blog, which is http://shopping.gabrio.com/

$5 submissions runs a very good blog that is all about traffic and other useful informations: http://justtraffic.blogspot.com/ - everybody should check that page, very well written

Is it possible to make some $from blogs without writing up alot of text and updating it like once a week?

i dont really think so, google likes content, and the more, the better..therefore the frequent updates...
