I'm interested. But....

I'm pretty sure its the "page views" and "sessions" columns you need to look at. The Hits and Files columns' data includes every instance of every file loading - Add 500,000 little 1-pixel images to each page and those stats will be astronomical. Based on your screen shot, the site barely topped 80k unique visitors in April. That's actually pretty good -but to say "1 million hits per month" is well, misleading.

$60k annually, so the site generates about $5k/mo on average? If that was true, Verotel would not allow you to use their TicketsClub service (which you currently are using) because it's for lower income web sites. More than $1000/week and I'm pretty sure you're required to/or are automatically, upgraded to the pro version. But I will give you the benefit of the doubt and *assume* a majority of your members sign up through CCBill. Would you be willing to create a login to your CCBill Admin for those interested to verify the income for account 909089-0000?

If the site does generate on average $5k/mo on a consistent basis, and the domain/site includes the transfer of all pre-existing recurring ccbill/verotel customers, I will throw out a bid for $20k. Unfortunately $100k is just too much of a risk and would require nearly 2 years of solid $5,000 sales months to just make my money back. But I'm definitely interested, just need some more conclusive documentation on the site's income.

The site isn't a TGP nor is it image heavy. Of course, page views will always be less than hits, but I'm not misleading anyone. I posted a screenshot that said what the traffic was in the "hits" column.

I started using Verotel in 1999. They were the site's only processor (besides mail-ins) until early 2001. The Verotel income currently comprises less than 10% of the total membership income. As you guessed, most of forsize's membership income is processed by CCBill.

Memberships aren't recurring. You can change that over for future members once you purchase the site.

$20K isn't even 4 months' worth of _direct_ income. Forsize also generates revenue with upsells and ad spots. With all of the extras that I'm throwing in (customer service, newsletters, etc.) and with the offers that we've already had, you'll have to pitch us a much better offer than $20K.
