The upshot to this is that it's entitled "SB 32", which means it's still in the state senate. I didn't see anymention of a house bill, which means it probably hasn't gotten that far and hopefully it won't. If something like this actually did pass into law, a LOT of states will follow suit, inducing a greater level of sexually prepressed psychosis and that's just what we need around here. I wish some of these people would chill the fuck out, pull the stick out of their ass and just go get laid. They seem to need it more then most.
