What made GFY the top adult webmaster board?

What's the business model: how is it able to make money?

I'm thinking of starting a webmaster message board in an online business field that doesn't seem to have any yet.

There are tons of adult message boards out there, only a few have decent information, very doubtful anyone will overthrow or offer anything remotely anything as informative and as networked as GFY etc.

its an adult blog for many surfers who dont have the time to set one up for themselves. Unless you are prepared to allow a majority of non industry people onto the board - it wont be as powerful as gfy. Its the bridge between adult and surfers where they can talk
