Did you try the tracking codes for WEGCash? They help track visitors -> sales, etc.

As for other free sign-ups, I don't know of too many. You can see in my list of webcam sponsors but very few give out $ for free-sign-ups. Most payout after a first sale, however small, like Lars, PussyCash ($10 minimum, I believe) and One2One.

G3X has a live cams programs that is a free join. You get paid $35 per signup, no popups or cross sells.

I only started using them 2 days ago so I can't answer that. However, they are run by the same people as Wegcash and I've been using weg for 4 years without a problem so I'm hopeful about G3X.
