Also, if you have a sec, or you Mandy, I would like your opinion or feedback on a new bbw site that I put together...My ICQ is in my sig |

see. i have to say that annoys me. For me BBW is an attitude and who the heck is anyone to say who someone should find beautiful or not. Surely that is the whole drift of the bbw/fa community that they stand up and say 'i find this body type sexy..even though I am not suppose to'. I have seen pleanty of thin models on amateur sites that weren't supermodel material..and you know what? They sell better than the 'models' for me. I mean seriously..ugly to who? |

i wrote one years ago..i need to see if it is on the 'net still. |
I disagree everyone who is big is not beautiful just like everyone thin isnt beautiful. In my humble opinion. I can see about atitude but I get monsters that send me pics wanting to be models who say Im a big beautiful woman.

i'm not talking about only having beautiful, gorgeous big women, i'm talking about attractive...not a beast. |
The term BBW wasnt started by a fashion magazine , it was started by the original owner of dimensions magazine with her bbw pantyhose product. She actually owns the trademark for that term but never exercised it.

I thought she worked for the magazine at the time..i remember them heavily advertising in BBW anyway..but I read dimensions then too (though I shouldn't have at that age) and dimensions was always very size acceptance slanted (and feeder but hey). Infact, it was one of the models in dimensions that looked a bit like me and had a body very similar to me that got me off my ass and showed me men could like me. Was odd to meet her for real a few year ago. |

beauty may be in the eye of the beholder but this is a business here. not just personal life and personal preferences.
In a business you go for what looks the best and has the best potential to sell. "Originally Posted by MandyBlake i totally see this...but in the adult internet industry, BBW should be reserved for attractive (in the face) big girls, since it is a visual medium. Yes, i see what you are saying but I still say that the more 'average' girls of any size still sell and also I was mainly reacting to someone using the word ugly. Yes, this is my job but it is also my community and I hate the undermining of women that just might becoming to the community. I mean..damn when I was 19 I needed to pluck my eyebrows, get a better haircut and dress better..confidence that was partially showed to me by other members of the community is what allowed me to do that..not being called ugly by another member of that community. *steps down* Well everyone has ugly moments Fuck I do every time i dont have makeup on (maby not in others eyes, but in mine) and I think if someone is going to try and market themselfs on the net they should try and look there best. There are alot of models out here who could be "improved" if they just plucked there eyebrows and put on some makeup. There is a difference between natural beauty and just not caring. I was funky as a teenager, i didnt find my groove till I was about 19, which is when i was able to start buying what i wanted. and I did my best to make myself look better. simply to reiderate my point. If your gona try to be a model on the internet whether plus or thin just care enough to make yourself look nice infront of the camera. ps, use photoshop :winkwink: |
Just sendi t to mandy blake

people seem to assume that those that are into bbw are into having them degraded.
Why would someone who finds a certain body type atractive want to see them degraded and made like some animal? if your into skinny chicks would you get turned on to a site that made them look like they were holocost victims(dont get pissy at this comparison either) ITs really the same... your taking something that someone finds atractive and putting an awfull negative spin onto it. Just dont do it, 99% of the men into bbw arnt into that degrading shit they only purchase it because at one time thats all that was out there. |
I like Audry Mitchell.. Just something about a chick putting on just enough pounds to be considered large but not enough to look like a dump.

Firstly, plumper means someone who is just a bit overweight..maybe a bit more than 'chubby' - not a very big woman. So, if you have someone that surfs in looking for a site that has 'plumpers' they aren't going to be expecting to pull our their credit card for the bigger end of the niche. The same goes for guys that come looking for BBW and supersized sites - they want to see that body type. Secondly, that woman in the 'big butt' part has nothing to do with the size woman the rest of the site is targetted at. Actually, she is more suited to the title of the site but once they have decided to go with the 'normal' sized BBW they need to stick to that on the tour because they are totally different audiences. Thirdly, there is no escaping the pig mask..that is just a total insult to the surfers. It is like starting a gay site and covering it with homophobic language. |
