i think he means hiding keywords.

And nope it still works good today and there isnt much wrong with it. A s.e. might penalize you for it , im sure it does more good than harm.

There are thousands of sites still doing this, so this isn't exactly ground-breaking or newsworthy. Not scamming, just desperate.

But what I want to point out is that I am sick of people here just calling others "idiots" and so on not knowing them or not knowing what they do.
He is calling webmasters in business for many years for "idiots"
And having a site like that.... Maybe OK 1998. If he just make his own business he can have any page he wants.
