Charlie Sheen has slammed claims he cheated on estranged wife Denise Richards with a string of prostitutes.

Earlier this week, the Hollywood actor was accused of canoodling with the women at a recent party, which led to the former Bond Girl walking out on their three-year marriage.

However, Sheen, who was thought to have quit his womanising when he married Denise in 2002, says he would never betray her.
He said: "I did not cheat on my wife. These stories and allegations are unconscionable. The reason for our separation is a private matter between the two of us."

Last week, Denise, who is pregnant with the couple's second child, filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences".

The couple already have a one-year-old daughter, Sam.

In the papers, Denise requested "miscellaneous jewellery and other personal effects" as well as "earnings and accumulation of petitioner from and after the date of separation".

She is also said to be pushing for full custody of the children, allowing Sheen visiting rights.

Last December, Denise and Charlie, who appeared at last month's Golden Globes together, announced their joy at expecting another child.

Their spokesman said at the time: "They are incredibly thrilled. It's a wonderful present for them and little Sam."
