forget about india, asia etc outsourcing in africa is the key!
they are working hard to catch the outsourcing train, in 1-2 years Africa will be the outsourcing paradise.

So Nigerian scammers will answer Dell's calls and take your credit card number on the phone while they in turn outsource all their spamming to India?
