How much traffic do you invest in a sponsor before dropping them?

how much traffic would you send to a certain site/sponsor before deciding to stop using them. been submitting quite a few different sites lately and havent had any luck with any of them.

keep in mind this is tgp traffic...when you guys say 14K uniques, you mean uniques to the tour right? I get a respectable amount of traffic from tgps but sending 14K would take quite a while

You might try the new Stiffycash sites and with few hundred hits you should see some good results...

do they offer good content? my tgp traffic comes from other sites, not my own tgp. So I need quality content in order to get listed on my major sites...getting about 75K-80K a day and im not fairing to well....ccbill this month is like 1:1300...

We usually dump them after 8 to 10 k.

only 900 hits ever were counted..... running a conversion ratio of
0:900

it really depends on the sponsor. You can somewhat expect what type of ratios you'll see just based off the layout of the galleries adn the tours.

i dont go by how much traffic, i go by ratios and how long the ratios have been bad then usually drop'em if it gets too bad or if its just "bad" for too long.

This makie no sense.
I go by traffic value per unique. If I am getting 1:1000 at sponsor A, and 1:500 at sponsor B with sponsor A getting me .05 a unique, and sponsor B getting me .04 I know who I should be pushing more. Conversion ratios mean jack shit way to often and to many sponsors count them differently.

Hi Xxxmaster. You may want to get your facts straight.

First up you are 0:682 going by unique hits.

Secondly you make it sound like we aren't counting all your hits. I challenge you to find another sponsor that counts as many hits as we do. We don't down count hits to boost our signup ratio.
The reason your page got 5000 hits and your twistys account shows only 682 uniques is because you only sent 682 uniques to our tour. You took that search engine page and sent it off to Twistys hosted galleries which then sent them back to the tour. So obviously the number isn't going to be 5000.
Anybody who's been in this business for some time knows this is a numbers game. Sending 10 hits a day to a tour and 680 hits total is hardly enough to pass judgement on.

Thirdly, you came to me asking if I would be interested in hiring you to do some work. I said possibly. I told you I was busy setting up our new office and would contact you when things calmed down. Then you come on here dogging us the way you did in the post. You did post some facts but my feeling of your post was that you were also somewhat attacking us

And lastly you are stealing Twistys content on your new site rategirlsbutts. You are breaking our TOC not to mention using content I OWN without even linking or mentioning us. Please either follow our TOC or remove all Twistys content immediately.
