    I jusy bought a 5plex.

    Mortgage came through yesterday and I signed all the pappers at the lawyers today.
    Should make a couple bucks hopefully.

    It's been an interesting day.

                  RE is the way to go still. I keep up on all these articles about when the bubble is going to burst. Best estimation I have found was given by Bob Toll who was quoting a company that researches the RE market. He said the current bubble has been going on for 14 years and is in the 7th inning. That leads to another 4 years of appreciation before the market starts heading south. Hope he is right.
