1. Do NOT post galleries with a numeric IP address. Only submit galleries with a valid domain.

2. Do NOT post illegal material. This includes but is not limited to Child Pornography, Animals, Scat, Rape, Death, Murder etc. or anything that infringes on your own local laws.

3. Do NOT post links that have pop-up's, consoles, dialer's, exe's, active-x elements, iframes, frames, virus loaders, trojans or any other kind of malicious scripting etc.

4. Do NOT post links to Free Hosted / Sponsor Hosted Galleries. Galleries hosted on approved free hosting sites are accepted.

5. Do NOT post links which include password protected URL's. A password protected link would look similar to: http://username:[email protected]/members/.

6. Do NOT post your link more than once. We WILL ban spammers. A one time offense is all it takes.

7. If the total of "bad" submissions being made from your IP block, or country of origin exceed 10% per calendar week, your IP block or country of origin will be banned for 1 month.

8. Make sure you have permission to use the content on the gallery you're submitting to our site.

9. No false advertising such as banners that look like thumbs or text links that say "Next Page", "Gallery 2", "Home", "Back" etc.

10. No thumbs that open into new html pages, with or without banners, it doesn't matter. Images/videos must not open into separate windows. Visitors must be able to return to the thumb page by clicking their browser's back button only once.

11. Reciprocal links are not required unless you intend on submitting a gallery with other reciprocals on your submitted page, then you are required to link to us. The reciprocal URL is http://www.domain.com/ with the "www".

12. Submissions being made with a "free email" account such as but not limited to: hotmail or gmail, will not be accepted. We only accept galleries from serious webmasters that own a domain.

13. You can submit as many galleries as you like daily, but only ONE per day per domain. We do have a total galleries received "cap" for the day, so get in there quick.

14. You must provide a valid email address for submission as we verify it before accepting the submission. Once your gallery is accepted and we send you a confirmation, if our confirmation is bounced, your gallery will be deleted.

15. Your category selection is final, please make sure you select the right applicable category for your submission.

16. Your description must contain at least 24 characters and a limit of 100 characters. Avoid using numbers or special characters as these are elements that can prevent your gallery from getting approved. Your description must be valid to the content it describes.

17. Your gallery must be live, if we scan it and we get any 301, 302, 403, 404 etc. errors, or redirected via javascript/meta-tags etc. your gallery url will be double-checked and possibly blacklisted.

18. Your gallery must be just that, a gallery. No feeder sites, mini sites, warning pages, avs split "gallery 1, gallery 2" sites etc. Thumbs with links to full images or videos.

19. Your gallery must not exceed 2 banners and 4 outgoing text links. This rule is flexible based on the quality of the gallery you're submitting. This rule does not apply to banners your free host is forcing upon your gallery, but be aware that we do ban abusive free hosts when necessary.

20. Your submitted gallery must contain at least 10 thumbs for an images submission and at least 1 clip for a videos submission. The bigger the better.

21. Last rule is an on-the-fly rule. This means that if we get a new problem facing submissions being made to our site, we may at any time add a rule by placing it on this page after-the-fact.

It may seem like a lot, but I think they're all relevant. Am I missing anything or have I added something that may not be needed? Let me know.

Here's mine :

1. You know the rules. Don't be an idiot.

People know the rules and know when they're cheating. No one will read all that crap, and it will not change what is submitted to you since most of it is automated anyway.
