What's the best way to take a 50min movie and splice it to 50 1min scenes and also convert to mpeg all in one program? Or if not one program, one that lets you batch process so you can queue up a bunch and let it go for a week.

Final Cut Pro or Avid DV, but i think you can do that even in WME...

I like vegas myself ,I have tried them all . I just like the work flow better.

What format are you starting with? Convert the full length files to mpeg in a batch process with Cleaner XL or another app and then Boilsoft Splitter to cut each one up into pieces. Not sure if there is a batch splitting program out there though.
