Vegas Webmasters...I need info !
I have a friend that wants to go to Vegas for a trip.
He's planning to stay at the Circus Circus, is it true that it's a rough area to stay ?

I haven't found a "rough" area around any of the casinos. It's all way too crawling with tourists.

god no, none of those exalibur is trash
hardrock palms mgm bellagio then again in vegas he probably wont be in his hotel room much so it really doesnt matter but the circus circus part of vegas is the north / "old" strip... all western and boring excalibur WOULD be ok I guess but there's nothing really going on there as far as nightlife

But if he wants to stay at Circus Circus, it isn't a rough area.

I'll be at the Venetian next week, 3 people in a $380 a night room (Venezia Bella maybe?), each of us ends up paying around $450 for the trip including gas.

Best bet it to stay in a place closer to Tropicana. Excalibur and the Tropicana arent bad for the price
