Mix in a dish.

Eat.

Yum ;)

I love to sprinkle chicken breast tenderloins with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper and grill them. Delicious and nutritious, lol.

I know what you mean. So maybe I'll try sprinkling some pork chops with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper and seeing how that turns out. I've already decided that pretty much anything with lemon pepper on it is good anyway.

i eat alot of chicken. one good way to do it is marinate some skinless chicken in some rasberry vinegarette dressing for a day. I usually do 3 pieces = 1 bottle. Turn it over half way through day in the fridge. Grill that up and have a salad to go with it.

Not recipes but some meal ideas...

I like broccoli with fat free american cheese on it. 1 lb of broccoli only has 125 calories in it, so it's really awesome. Also, no salt added french cut canned string beans are great and low calorie.

Egg Beaters OMG they are great... no fat, and only 30 calories per serving. You can make scrambled eggs or omlettes with them and they taste just like real eggs.

Oscar mayer ham has only 20 calories per slice and Beefsteak rye LIGHT bread has only 70 calories and 17 carbs for 2 slices. Regular yellow mustard has no calories, so you can be generous with it.

Frozen: Weight Watchers Smart Ones, Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine have a lot dinners that are 300 calories and under. They have dozens of different kinds and they are really good!

Beverages: Diet cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper is tasty. Green tea with splenda hot or cold... ice coffee with splenda and skim milk. Juicy juice or Motts juice boxes, 100% juice, 4 or 6 oz... work as a fruit serving/snack.
