Used to be that ccbill would not make your forms live until you had full Visa approval. As of the 28th of Feb., they can make the forms live, without Visa approval which can come min of 72 hours later. We would have held off on launch a few days if we had know. Their annoucement didnt spell out that the forms would go live, with or without Visa.
