His anthology was a bomb 5 years ago or so, I think Sony backed it and lost their ass, this is why he has no made any new music, he has no sponsors.

He was gonna tour again because the rest of the brothers are pathetic and need to make cash but they made a mess of their last tour and did not pay bills etc..

Yet, MJ is huge overseas....and he needs to cater to them, his US career is shot.

Not sure how much he has but unless he continually spends enormous sums, he'll always have a large bank account because he owns the Beatles catalogue. Whenever you hear a Beatles song played, Jackson gets the royalties from it. Buying their catalogue is one of the smartest business moves one could think of.
