Is your Sidekick still not working.....

this is fucking ridiculous, I can understand 1 maybe 2 days to fix the problem, but 5 fucking days now

And what is the usb jack for on the side of the sidekick?

Yours was still down? Mine was fine by Wednesday evening. Danger had problems on their end which accounted for the downtime.

There's a developer's kit available to write your own software for the phone. The USB jack is to upload that software to the phone. There's tons of great software available.

i got into a huge argument with their manager on the phone last night, all my calls get forwarded to voicemail. so im driving to the gym and call and they say they cant do shit because im using it to call them. so i say cancel my service and refund my money for this month and they try telling me theres going to be a $200 early termination fee. i tell them its not my fault the service isnt working. then i ask to talk to his manager and he just tells me "hes in a meeting". by that time i was at the gym already and i just got mad and hung up.

The problem is with T-Mobile and has nothing to do with your phone. And T-Mobile isn't known for having stellar customer support.
