Sorry to hear that, and I hope he comes through it ok.

I know a guy who collapsed seconds after crossing the finish line of a 50k cross country marathon because of a heart attack yesterday. He was 49, in great shape, but despite having a doctor and EMT's on scene they were unable to revive him.
