head popping with the gun is the way to go, just keep it at one point and pop heads as they pass by :)

Just got 11945. I do a torso shot so the target is hobbled over, then a leg shot so he's crawling, then the final shot...so you get three hits per target, without needing a lot of mouse movement. If you don't miss any shots, then the consecutive hit bonuses build up...I was getting around 500 points per hit on my best run. I just target the guys walking left to right, and ignore the right to left...the consecutive hit bonuses are more important than hitting every guy.
