Lowest Merchant % Available?
I've seen a few guys around doing visa/mc merchants for 1.25% with volume.
Is it possible to get any lower? I've got a good idea up my sleeve ;) |

That is on a domestic non-high risk account with very high volume I am thinking. Those kind of rates do not apply to high risk.

yeah not high risk...
offline processing i guess i could put 10mil+ through a month.. no chargebacks..no refunds under 1% not exist? |
