How to deal with Thug neighbors?

I've got these next door neighbors who deal drugs and basically are
ghetto-ass-welfare thugs. I've always kept to myself and never done anything
disrespectful but a few nights ago they drove their car through my front yard fence
nearly smashing into my house! Not only that, but it was a hit and run so I didn't
catch them in the act. Today I noticed that one of their cars has a huge dent and
also my fence's paint on it.

I called the cops but they aren't doing shit. They came by and asked them if they did
it and of course they denied. After further investigation the license plate of the car
didn't even belong to them! The cops still didn't do anything and told me to just
report the accident to my insurance.

This has not been the only time these fuckers have caused me stress. One time they
hit my parked car causing me to pay 500 bucks for a deductable. The other time
they stole someone's car and left it in my driveway! I couldn't pin that one on them
but I bet my life it was them.

I can't even fuck with these guys cause I know they'll do some bullshit to cause my
family harm.

I caught a photo of the thugs taunting me as they parked in my driveway the other day.

I just dont know how to deal with people like this. The cops just dont want to do anything about it, I am not allowed to own guns because of my medication, and I dont have the money to move.

If it werent for my daughter, I would go over there with a baseball bat. However, people like this always seem to get away with things.

Will it? If I beat up one or two of these guys, wont they just retaliate like the little pussies do? Yes these guys are small and young, but that doesnt mean that they are harmless. I could take out all three of them in a fight, but what happens when Im not around? Or what if they have a gun?

I work nights, so my wife and daughter are home all alone. Though they have never actualy threatened me, the situation disturbs me.

When I confronted them about the fence, all they said was "so, you work nights? I asked what the fuck that was supposed to mean, and they replied "you have a cute daughter".

Maybee I should just pic up and move. The whole neighborhood seems to be going to shit. Another family two houses down moved out just last week. What a nighmare

Get the cops badge number, phone the station and complain to his boss. Also write a shitty letter to the local DA. For best results get a lawyer to do it.

Call Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, tell them that you think some major dealers live at a certain address (don't tell them next door, stay anon.) Put your earplugs in before bed because these people will be kicking the shit out of their front door at 6am.

Call your local city/town/whatever and report them for every ordinance violation you can find. Ensure they get fined by complaining nonstop.

Buy a really fucking huge dog and tether it to a long chain in your front yard.

Oh, and I almost forgot. If they're really on welfare then complain to the welfare office. They can get evicted if it's welfare housing. Make sure you call every hour on the hour until they're so fed up with you they're willing to either do something or jump out the window.
