I am coming across more and more people having problems with their email (or rather hosts) being blacklisted or blocked by a lot of ISPs. We are having this problem ourselves and its been causing major problems with stuff like customer support mail not getting through.

Is there anyway around this problem short of moving host?

ask your host to put the subject domain on a different IP block if possible.

this is a problem, and the "anti-spammer" block lists hurt many legitimate users because they have a tendency to block IP ranges which can include many innocent domains.

i have had to move hosts a couple times because i was given IPs that had previously been on block lists.

best to do a search on any proposed IP # to see if it is on a block list before accepting the IP.

http://www.bighip.com would solve your problem including your customersupport and receipt emails.

Whitelisted on all big networks, including yahoo/aol/hotmail/excite etc.

Its because of spamhaus, they just block everybody they want...spammers or not. If youre on the same ip block as a mailer..bad luck for you.

Yeah, I have a dedicated server with Webair and this has been happening a lot to me recently. I can't reply to many of my AOL customers and sometimes other ISPs. It's really annoying.

Yes, this is the problem we have and it needs to be fixable asap.

I use bighip and love it... i highly recommend it for adult or non adult! They are white listed and easy to use and has great support to help you!
