We just were thinking to implement such a mailing system for our ccbill adverts. I event started to make a mailing script, but stopped because I thought it's not really useful thing for the affiliates. Now it's a little bit funny, isn't it?

If not when was the last time an affiliate offered a sponsor more? Over the course of several years and snowballing faster and faster, affiliates have been given more and more.
At one time a sponsor would have the site, offer up some banners if you were not inclined to make your own and some promo content. Affiliates had to work to make money.
Then came an abunance of free content, free hosting, free hosted galleries, free hosted free sites, custom banners/fpas/hpas/templates, exportable gallery databases, high quality pre-thumbed images, text description, free scripts, payouts via several options, and even then that is not enough.
