I'm sure if I tried using the name 'gkard lite' for my own business purposes, someone would have something to say about brand infringement.

But, they can make a distinction between 'gkard' and 'gkard secured' - how these guys have not been charged with fraud yet amazes me.

They have weasled their way out of paying the earlier gkard webmasters. As I understand gkard was released after their major financial disaster and it was supposed to be free of the payment problems associated with their prior mismanagements.

If they have not made any payouts on gkard and now have a different system for 'gkard secure', this sure smells like fraud. Late payments are one thing but arbitrarily skipping over paying webmasters who were assured that going with gard was not going to be plagued by the old problems is very questionable.

Yah, yah, I know - it's iBill and the 'good company' has nothing to do with iBill.

Does anyone know if the Department of Justice has been brought into the iBill scams yet?

Absolutely ... They are after THEIR money, and will go to all extent to collect it...It dioesn't get you off the hook in case Ibill does not pay, but let me tell you they have more illimited powers than you and I and all GFY'rs.... together

Basically, you are transferring your right to your receivable in their favor up to the amount that YOU owe them ... They do not need to go to court for seizure papers, they have their own judges and law ...

Well gkard is partly owned by IBD which was shown on the IBD website and IBD owns Ibill and Penthouse owns IBD which owns IBD and thus owns some of gkard and Ibill. So in other words this is yet another step in this fraud shell game that has been playing with us of all since back in August. The same people that have been lying to us are still in control of things.

I wonder if by some means they get their hands on that first data money, where will that money go? Then posting that they have no plans to pay us for past due isn't a good sign.
I will give you one guess as to what the G in Gkard stands for. Once you figure that out, it should be apparent who owns it.
