I love mine! I'll be an H2 owner as long as they continue to make them. BTW, this thread is sure to bring out all the "H2 haters" so don't listen to the crap spewing from their keyboards. Anyway, to answer your questions.
- They are very comfortable, especially for long range trips.
- As far as the top speed, I couldn't tell you. I don't think people really buy H2's for street racing.
- Overtaking other cars isn't a problem considering the 316HP 6 Liter V8.
- Definitely no excessive noise for an SUV.

So my opinion on the H2:
Its vey nice, and its a waste of money (just like most other vehicles)
Buy a used one if you really must have one.

I would buy 1 if I had the $$...

When I buy something, i typically buy used and I hold onto it for 3+ years. Anyone that goes through new or used cars every couples months is pissing away a lot of money is TTL and depreciation.
