The H2 is a tax loophole. Under Bush's new tax plan, business owners can deduct the entire cost of their $55,000 H2. If you are in the highest tax bracket, that's a tax savings of nearly $20,000! The government rewards you more savings for buying an H2 than you'd get for buying an electric car.

why wouldnt you want a h2 if you have the cash? It's the ultimate driving boys toy. A true sign of how big your cock is by any mans standards.

Pimpinpays recommends Hummers all the way!

I love mine! I'll be an H2 owner as long as they continue to make them. BTW, this thread is sure to bring out all the "H2 haters" so don't listen to the crap spewing from their keyboards. They probably drive Ford Pintos and have never even rode in an H2. I've yet to hear an owner (or previous owner) of an H2 have any major complaints with it.

Anyway, to answer your questions.
- They are very comfortable, especially for long range trips.
- As far as the top speed, I couldn't tell you. I don't think people really buy H2's for street racing.
- Overtaking other cars isn't a problem considering the 316HP 6 Liter V8.
- Definitely no excessive noise for an SUV.

It looks great ! :thumbsup

Another one of my neighbors bought one in the last month. I now have FOUR of these things surrounding me. Sometimes when I'm bored, I pretend I'm GI Jane and I live on a military base.

I kept my H2 for 9 months then sold it. I have a short attention span, thats no secret.

I kept my H1 for three weeks, kept my Avalanche for 6 months.

I've been really bored with cars & trucks for the past few years. Although I did keep my C5 vette and BMW for 2 years each, nothing thats out right now really grabs my attention. The 4x4 that I have now sits in the driveway, gets driven maybe 2 or 3 times a week, and I fill up the tank about once every six weeks. I have three motorcycles sitting in the garage, and they hardly ever get used either.

My wife drives a '05 Toyota Sienna minivan, its their top of line model, all leather and that bullshit. Its pretty nice, and usually if I go anywhere, I ride with her & the kidlet.

I figured out a while back that since I work at home, I dont really have a need for a $60k vehicle for myself. I do however, like looking at my bank account thats holding the money that I normaly would have spent on sports cars and airplanes and shit when I was a few years younger.

So my opinion on the H2:
Its vey nice, and its a waste of money (just like most other vehicles)
Buy a used one if you really must have one.

LOL a hummer is a waste of money but 3 motorcycles is sitting in a garage is not a waste of money.

When I buy something, i typically buy used and I hold onto it for 3+ years. Anyone that goes through new or used cars every couples months is pissing away a lot of money is TTL and depreciation.
