we rent that private island last summer in Croatia with friends:

Really nice place but maybe cold at this time.

if you want to stay away from the cold old continent caribbean is great. I'll highly suggest Sandy Lane

If you want a getaway go here www.littlepalmisland.com. Bonus is that it is between Key West and Miami so if you want to party it is not too far away either.
