You can start with something like this:

Sample Music Release Form

Or simply Google "Music Release Form" for lots of samples.

Hopefully the band becomes huge, and you do well too by helping them get exposure, then everyone will be happy (hell, I get happy just looking at you).

BTW, good to have a release, because if the band gets big, the lawyers are sure to follow.

The only business dirtier than porn is the music biz.
