site needs to be ready and some content in there takes less than a week but you have to pay $750 visa fee for them to start taking your transactions.

I'd say a min of 1000 pics over a lot of styles plus at least a couple of hrs of high quality vids... And any other extras that come to mind.

Is she new to modelling ? If so start promoting her on models forums etc. Start promoting her name and the site everywhere. Buy a domain and get a front page up with a good pic or two of her saying that it will be live soon and get surfers to bookmark it.

I promoted Saraha's site for almost 3 months before we launched it and we had the first two sign up's within 20 mins of the launch and it has been like that since. The reason could also be that we have two Yahoo groups for her, she appears on UK adult tv at least once a week and has shot 20 plus films recently and so is becoming very well known over here...

IMO, the key is frequent updates. If you're not going to offer any bonus content, try to update at least twice a week if you want to retain.

I have had to sit here and watch the world jump on the bandwagon with all the fakes as they can't get real Indian models... And this crap is killing the niche as surfers are getting pissed off seeing the same models on all the major sponsors tours and inside the sites.

Don't worry about what everyone else is doing. What the others don't realize is when a surfer joins and indian site (let's use your example), their joining for indian girls, not for 10 indian sets and access to 20 other crap sites. Good content keeps the surfer coming back. Not sure if you saw my thread a few wks ago about how I feel about this biz. It was a good thread, abound 3 pages I think. The surfer will find you and pass the word around if he likes what he sees.
