Is there an efficient way to manually submit galleries?
Are there web sites out there that help you manually submit galleries to tgps efficiently (such an organize numerous tgps by niche, provide direct link to submit page, show reciprocal button and link for each thumb...)?

dreamsubmitter.com kicks ass for manual or automatic submissions. And hell, you can even schedule auto submissions to go off while you sleep
 hate filling in those passphrases? Assisted manual submissions will fill everything in for you including passphrases, then you just look it over make sure its good, and click submit

Simple.
Buy AutoSubmitter for $100 Import about 50-60 tgps. If they are general they must be 150k at min Niche targettted could be 40k-50k Dont submit anywhere else
