Anyone Know A Script That Will Do This?
What i want to do is have a 'generic' message template setup with a couple of id tags to insert data from an admin area that i enter.
So for example, on the 1st of April 2005 i fill out a couple of fields in the admin section which would be: Name Drop Down Time Period (1-12) Cost After hitting submit on that form i dont have to touch that data again. Every time the 'time period' field gets close, in this example, if i selected 1 month, on the 25th of April it sends an email out to the address i entered in the admin area automatically as well as to me. Also, if the time period has elapsed and hasnt been changed, it sends me an email to remove it from the admin system. basically, what im looking for is a method of automating billing renewal emails / invoices without having to touch anything other than once a 'period' to update the time frame of a campaign. So anyone know if such a thing exists? Regards, Lee |

Are you looking for just that one part of the admin or an entire admin site? |

As far as the scheduled task thing goes, thats not really a big deal as long as its possible to have some kind of coding to 'update' manually, we could just run a cron job on that section of the app to run every night at 12. Regards, Lee |
