i think that the tru maturity in thi sbiz you get it when you refresh your stats only 2-3 times a day!

You get it when you have someone check your stats for you, while you tell them to go talk to that other guy you've hired about how to increase your revenue. Then you have another donut and a fresh cup of prime coffee and wonder if you should go play golf with business associates or go buy new armani suit for the dinner.
