say if a program wants to buy a site and they are both using ccbill
is it possible to transfer all the affiliates under that 1 site and members over to the other ccbill account?

for example......
JOE CASH is using ccbilll and someone has a paysite.... and no cash program... and wants to sell the site to JOE CASH.... if he sells it can the members and affiliates be transfered over?
