First off you must have recieved timely payments prior to,,,

NetVerifier & AdultSights are a couple others you might wanna try. Last time I checked at least, they both fit your requirements for regular sites, ie. 30 pics, ability to advertise.
I don't even think we get credit for referring other webmasters to either of these AVS'es, but I put my "ref" code in anyways. I couldn't find any mention of wm referrals on either site, and I think AdultSight is run by/affiliated with SexKey actually... I have done jack shit with NetVerifier, but have gotten some sign ups with AdultSights. Other webmasters have said AdultSights sends good traffic from their LL, but I didn't notice, since I only have 2 sites with them in saturated categories...  And AdultSights pays $25/sign up.
